I have not never experience any services form an online based company similar to that of phpsoftwaregeeks.com and I have been a website master for several different organization over the last 10 years. I am currently developing my own site with a wysiwyg web designer, and
have virtually no computer know how. Recently, I purchased your PHP
SoftwareGeek shopping cart and pratically installed it myself. But I
wasn't worried, because if I couldn't they would install it completely
for free. This purchase was only made after spending several weeks
researching different carts. Based on the list of features on your
site and the price, I thought it sounded to good to be true. Boy was I
wrong!!
After having the cart intergrated into my site, I found it extremely user friendly. This cart has far surpassed all of my expectations. The list of features dont do it justice. I can recieve email alerts when an order is placed, add unlimited products, catagories and sub-catagories, it allows me to track the opinions of my customers with its polling feature, coupons, newsletters, etc. That is just a small portion. But, the thing i love most about this cart is that its mine. I can add, edit and delete anything in the cart without the assistance of a web designer. That alone is well worth the price. I was quoted by many designers for a cart, and they all started off reasonably, but then wanted an ongoing contract to manage the cart for me and limited the features based on price. Not with PHP Softwaregeek. Don't get me wrong, in order to change the design of the cart, you do need some skill. But, the actual use of the cart is easy even for a novice. Now, as far as customer service goes, Softwaregeeks in my opinion is unsurpassed. You can buy a cart from anybody, but after the purchase you problably won't get much help. Not true with PHP Softwaregeek. I can recall atleast 50+ emails where they answered in response to my questions(like I said, I'm not very computer savvy). The rep that i worked with(Dre) was extremly prompt and curtious in his responses. He never left me hanging, and even took out the time to write me a small users manual. I'm constantly making changes to my cart, so i'm sure there are fuctions that I can further master, but, I am excited about my new cart. Now that I see how easy it is to design an ecoomerce site and get fully functional, I can't wait to set up my next cart with PHPsoftwaregeeks.
