By purchasing any of PHP Software Geeks software (scripts) you automatically agree to the following Terms of Service:

This Terms of Service document (this "Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between Php Software Geeks including its affiliates or partners and the person or organization (the "Client") who submits an order for products or who pays for services from (the "Client").  PHP Software Geeks may at any time change this Agreement by posting a revised version of the Agreement on its website & any change will be effective at any time after the Client is advised of the change and continues to use any product purchased from Php Software Geeks and its partners.

 1.  ACCEPTABLE USE  

The Client may use the Services only in accordance with this Agreement, applicable laws in the United States and the applicable laws of any other jurisdiction. Client agrees not to use the Services in any manner that violates the  PHP Software Geeks Acceptable Use Policy. In addition, the Client agrees that it will not use the Services to:

  1. Engage in any illegal or tortuous activity;
  2. violate the patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights of any third party;
  3. sell or distribute illegal adult oriented content that features nudity, sexual acts or adult-themed material; or
  4. Use verbal, physical, written or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of PHP Software Geeks or customer, employee, member, or officer will result in immediate account termination.
  5. publish or distribute in any manner any content that is harassing, libelous, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable to PHP Software Geeks in its sole discretion.         

2. TERMINATION

This Agreement is effective IMMEDIATELY upon Your Software download and Software transfer from PHP Software Geeks servers to your computer. Unless terminated sooner by PHP Software Geeks, any license granted by this Agreement terminates in accordance with the method and timeframes specified . Without prejudice to any other rights, PHP Software Geeks may suspend, revoke, or terminate this Agreement if You fail to comply with any of its terms. In such event, You must immediately delete all copies and instances of our Software(s) from your possession within 24 hours of PHP Software Geeks License Agreement termination notice. IF YOU FAIL TO COMPLY WITH OUR TERMINATION PROCEDURE, LEGAL ACTIONS WILL BE TAKEN.

For all PHP Software Geeks products NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER 30 days from purchase date.

All contents of PHP Softwre Geeks are under the ownership control, license and dominion of PHP Software Geeks, All rights reserved. The names of actual companies and products mentioned therein may be the trademarks of their respective owners. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by PHP Software Geeks.
